Expectations for Bathroom/Kitchen Renovations and Boiler/Radiator Installations

  1. Changes to scope of work:

Any changes to the work scope will necessitate an updated price approximation and a 50% deposit on additional costs, subject to the company’s availability.

  1. Communication:

Clients are encouraged to promptly communicate concerns and keep written communication to a minimum, using tools like Google Sheets for efficiency.

  1. Materials:

Kaizen Heating & Plumbing will supply listed plumbing materials, while clients must ensure the delivery and safe storage of large items and provide all agreed materials on-site at the job’s start to avoid delays.

  1. The job:

Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, with some flexibility.

Clients are responsible for arranging nearby parking, providing storage for new and old materials, clearing the workspace of personal items, and covering items near the workspace to protect them from dust and debris.

    • Bathrooms (if applicable): Clients may need alternative arrangements for 1-5 days under ordinary circumstances.
    • Kitchens (if applicable): Kitchens will lack water supply after removal and until new units are installed.
    • Boilers and radiators (if applicable): Installations will result in 1-2 days without heating and hot water.

Clients must prepare for these service disruptions accordingly.
