Leah from Kaizen H&P is a breath of fresh air, having used inconsistent plumbers in the past, she arrives on time, explains everything she is doing and why, and tidies up when she leaves. We called Leah for a leak which was quite urgent and she arrived the same morning, she thoroughly researched the cause of the leak and proposed a few options with relevant quotes. Leah is aware of different budgets and restraints and offered us 4 different options with different costs, which I really appreciated. Once we agreed on the job and date, Leah arrived on time every day, taking only a short beak for lunch and staying late, as she knew we had a deadline.
